JOIN THE CHEYENNE-LARAMIE COUNTY METH INITIATIVE

The Cheyenne–Laramie County Meth Initiative began in the fall of 2004.  It was patterned after similar methamphetamine initiatives in Salt Lake City, Utah and Casper, Wyoming, and continues to work closely with those initiatives.  Since its inception, the CLCMI has provided the community with education about the dangers of meth use through free community trainings and participation in numerous community activities.  It continues to expand its role in the community to stem the use and manufacture of meth in the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County.

The Cheyenne–Laramie County Meth Initiative has quarterly general meetings which are open to both professionals and the public.  Monthly committee meetings are also open to the public.  They include the Public Awareness/Outreach Committee and Drug Endangered Children Committee.
